"HUGHES YO DADDY?" 15 YEAR OLD STREET STOCK STANDOUT #11 SPENCER HUGHES CLAIMS HIS FIRST EVER MISSISSIPPI STREET STOCK SERIES VICTORY BEATING OUT A FILED OF OVER 40 OTHER CARS AT HIS HOME TRACK THAT INCLUDED THE SERIES ELITE & SEVERAL FORMER STREET STOCK CHAMPIONS

Whynot Motorsports Park local young gun Spencer Hughes took home is first career Mississippi Street Stock Series win racing the Spencer Hughes Racing BJ's Tire & Service Center LLC, last night in the season opener 3rd Annual Battle of the States..This hot shoe is only 15 years old & only his 3rd year racing stock cars. With only a season under his belt in the series, Spencer became the youngest driver ever in the MSSS & added his name along a very stout list of previous series winners including drivers like Richie Stephens, Brooks Strength, Calvin Cook, Kevin Whittington & Trey Bright. Past winners also include Jeff Butler, Eddie Willis, Jeremy Idom, Mike Palasini Jr, Roger Flynn & a short list of a few others. Keep a close eye on the #11 #HUGHESYODADDY RACE TEAM as Spencer shoots for the championship in 2016.

BUB MCCCOOL KEEPS HIS COOL & THE CHAMPIONSHIP BELT IN MISSISSIPPI IN 2016 AFTER WINNING THE 3RD ANNUAL BATTLE OF THE STATES AT WHYNOT MOTORSPORTS PARK

Bub McCool Racing Updates kept the championship belt in Mississippi in the first ever MSCCS SUPER LATE MODELS race held at the 3rd Annual Battle of the States Whynot Motorsports Park. This was the scheduled season opener for the series late model class but due to a rain out 2 weeks ago the Battle of the States combined the two events in celebration of the kickoff race for 2016. Bub is the defending series champ & had a lengthy win streak in the early part of last season. Expect another dominating season from the MOHAWK NATION as he rolls into his 2nd season with The Randy Thompson Freight Train #57 Super Late Model.
